There is spiritual mystery about a child’s mind and imagination that serves as a gateway into the spiritual world and their future. Have you ever wondered why children are able to role play different roles in their imaginative play? Have you ever wondered how they are able to play tea party games with their teddy bear and dolls? Have you ever wondered why children enjoy playing so much? Well, it’s because they are gifted with the ability to use their imagination and create the reality they want in their minds. it is this ability that both God and Satan want to occupy in the minds of children. It is therefore important to know how to channel this power of imagination in our children by encouraging them to dream big about their future, draw pictures of it and enhance it by putting scriptures in their minds about their ability to be and accomplish anything they put their mind to. This is because they can do all thing through Christ who lives big inside of them. Imagine the confidence of a child whose adult knows how to harness the power of their imagination? Nothing can make them afraid! However, this takes time, it takes intentionality and hard work in parenting!
